Chased three times with only one curt response. Ordered a birthday gift for my son, I ordered it 4 weeks ago, no reply to email today, no phone number no gift, seems like a scam My daughter ordered from here using her own money.
Do not buy from this company £30 shirt…
Dispatch email received straight away but the items never arrived. You can find the same items elsewhere at a cheaper prices and it accompanied by much better service. As per my previous review I finally got a reply to my email saying refund had been processed and would take around a week to show on my account. I trust Gamerama will see this review, please do not phone me, just refund my money please. Having read through these reviews I’m obviously not alone. We are so happy that you love the clothes and our service.
Worst Customer Experience I’ve had
- I was scammed into a £50 per month streaming service.
- More then happy with my purchase I bought 2 shirts for my son a few months back and he loved them now I have just received another 2 and the price is great and so is the quality!
- And 5 weeks after my order, still no item!
- Have ordered on two occasions now, delivery can take some time but that is to be expected.
- The support team sent me a photo of all the mat, and I agreed, it looks fine in the photo.
- My next step is to contact the consumer ombudsman as this is a poor way to handle customers

I had ordered some items for my sons birthday on the 25th of May and had not received anything within the time period for the delivery. - Regardless of how they view a customers request the correct thing to do is to remain professional.
- I contacted customer support and asked for a replacement, a refund or send in for repair.

I wish I were able to attach screenshots of their ‘customer service’ to here to show the true nature of this ‘business’. I have waited a month for the item to arrive, despite their website ‘proudly’ displaying 7-14 working days for worldwide delivery. The shirt is good quality and delivery was within a reasonable time. Last time I’ll deal with a company I’ve never heard of, now I’ve all the faff of trying to recover my money, thank goodness I used a credit card. Very very poor customer service – non-existent in fact. Absolutely rubbish customer service.

4 weeks later I had still heard nothing so I cancelled my order and was told I would be refunded within 10 days. I was then told the items would be coming in stock within 2 weeks. On yhe 7th june i called again and was informed the item was not coming so a refund would be made. I made a order on the 12th may it stated on line the item was in stock after a week i called and was told the item was not in stock and awaiting stock i was at this point offered a refund.
If the company is having difficulties then a simple email to make customers aware of this could solve a lot of problems. I had to fill out a form and send them proof that the company had agreed the refund. After having trouble obtaining my refund from this company I went to my bank.

I emailed the company to query this, and having spent a good hour having read the awful reviews I wish I’d seen before I ordered I mentioned possibly needing to cancel my bank. We are not a UK company and this needs to https://www.ringospin-casino.org/ be taken into account, this is why we offer the delivery times we do and also with the Covid crisis things are taking longer naturally with people having to isolate. I was charged for items which I found out were out of stock after I queried why I hadn’t received any dispatch or delivery information. Taking money for items not received is theft. Wonderful boutique with great customer service and great quality clothing! Super speedy delivery and excellent customer service.

Customer service mainly only tells me how I’m in the wrong and how much of an ass I’m being for complaining, and that they have a lot of work to do. Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods with tons of random stops. That company is on here as well and they have a abysmal score. Shipping company used appears to be OSM Worldwide in GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL 60139. Shipment takes a little long but I have received the goods and I like the product a lot!
